Startup with ATHLEISURE FITNESS CLUB - BALANCE BETTER CHALLENGE 1 at any time. It’s simple, but you will see improvements quickly if you haven’t yet incorporated these into your habits and routines.

For 30 straight days do all three (3) things:

  1. Get 30 minutes of sunlight in the morning

  2. Drink 8 glasses of healthy water through the day

  3. Get at least 8 hours of sleep.

Do it on your own or tell us or a friend and go for this simple, but effective challenge.

  5. Eat half portion dinner at least 3 times each week

  6. Get at least 8 hours of sleep
