This limited series which originally aired on AMC (earlier this year), is now available on Amazon Prime. The Night Manager is based on John le Carré’s best selling spy novel. This contemporary interpretation of his work which follows hotel manager Jonathan Pine (Tom Hiddleston), an ex-British soldier, in his quest to bring down international arms dealer Richard Roper (Hugh Laurie).

He is recruited by MI-6's Angela Burr (Olivia Colman) to infiltrate the inner circle of this international businessman. It is believed that he forged a criminal alliance between the secret arms trade and the intelligence community, prompting the need for surveillance. Pine attempts to infiltrate Roper's inner circle by becoming a felon himself, while keeping his mission a secret from his hotel colleagues and girlfriend.
