The next ABC’s The Bachelorette is an interesting addition into Bachelor Nation’s mix! If Taylor Frankie Paul isn’t someone you’re familiar with, you should check out Hulu’s The Secret Lives of Morman Wives! In this series you find out about this community of Mormon wives in Utah who are also the creators of Mom-Tock. It’s filled with friendships, rifts, scandals, and more. Taylor has been the creator of this group and we have evolved seeing her through her 2 seasons and now, we will see more of here when she takes her position as the upcoming season of The Bachelorette.
We don’t know who will be competing for her heart at the moment, but we are looking forward to seeing how her season will go.
Each night during this season, we will tweet about The Golden Bachelor and you can chat along with us (@AthleisureMag + with our Co-Founder/Creative + Style Director, Kimmie Smith @ShesKimmie) to see what’s taking place!
Each week we will let you know who our faves were from the last episode and if we’ve changed up since then as it pertains to who we think should go to Hometowns.
We also suggest a podcast that we’ve become obsessed with over the past few seasons, Wondery’s Bachelor Happy Hour to get their feedback!

CLEAN ENERGY IS POSSIBLE
Years ago, you never saw us without an energy drink in our hand. Who doesn’t need a bit of a boost to get us through the day? After drinking various kinds, we started reading the ingredients and saw that although we enjoyed the jolt, we didn’t realize that the ingredients were not so great! Over time, we stopped drinking them and found other ways to get energy. But we’re always on the hunt for an energy drink that keeps us going while not consuming ingredients that are not the best for us.
Naked Nutrition has always been a brand that we have incorporated into our fitness routines as we have enjoyed their assortments of whey proteins, creatines, etc. Whether it’s before or after the workout, we like that there are a number of flavors that get us through our day. Recently, we came across one of their newest products, Lemonade Naked Sparkling Energy which is a clean energy drink that comes as a 12 pack. From the first sip, we felt that little jolt when you realize that you’re getting a boost and when we looked on the back of the cane, we realized that we were getting those benefits without the unnecessary additives that can be found in a number of other energy drinks.
There are only 6 ingredients in this drink and it has 200mg of natural caffeine from organic unroasted coffee beans. This allows us to receive the antioxidants that counteract caffeine’s natural oxidative effects while allowing us to absorb what we need through the pH balance in our stomach. Each drink has organic lemon juice and plant-based natural flavors. We also found that due to this canned beverage having monk fruit and fermented sugar cane (Reb-M) – that we didn’t get bloated which is definitely something that we appreciate! One of the biggest concerns we have had is when we enjoyed other energy drinks, you get that energy you’re looking for and sometimes afterwards, you get that sugar crash feeling. The combination of monk fruit and Reb-M gives us that clean sweetness that doesn’t add in calories or create blood sugar spikes. Since it is not a sugar alcohol or unfermented sugars, this is gut-friendly and they won’t ferment in your digestive track so you don’t have to be concerned about gas, bloating, or discomfort.
In addition to these clean ingredients, it has 15 calories, 0g of sugar and only 3g of carbs! It’s also vegan, gluten-free, and non-GMO. With no artificial sweeteners and no hidden ingredients, it allows us to enjoy all of the benefits that an energy drink is made to provide to us.
It’s also worth noting that whenever you’re looking to get that bit of energy, there are 2 additional flavors that you can purchase as well Strawberry Lemonade Naked Sparkling Energy and Orange Naked Sparkling Energy. You can also drink this with Naked Creatine for added performance, energy, and muscle support.

TRENDSPOTTING FOOTBALL: HOW BETTING PLATFORMS MIRROR ATHLEISURE'S GLOBAL RISE
Every few years, a lifestyle shift grabs attention and redefines how people spend their time and money. Athleisure did this for fashion by turning everyday comfort into a global trend. Football betting platforms are following a similar path, becoming part of how fans connect with the sport beyond the pitch. Both are built on accessibility and the idea that lifestyle is about participation, not just observation.
Football fans today want more than ninety minutes of action. They look for ways to extend their involvement through digital platforms. That’s where services like ufabet come in, offering fans a seamless way to interact with matches in real time. Just as leggings and sneakers moved from gyms to city streets, online betting has shifted from niche corners into mainstream culture.

Global Reach and Universal Appeal
Athleisure became big because it crossed borders quickly. From Tokyo to Toronto, joggers and performance hoodies became everyday wear. Online football betting reflects this same momentum. Fans in Europe, Asia, and the Americas are logging into platforms with ease, making match days interactive no matter where they live.
This universal appeal is not accidental. Both athleisure and betting platforms are designed for simplicity. Slip into sneakers, tap on a screen, and you’re part of the action. Accessibility is key, and once people see how easy it is, the habit sticks.
The Role of Community and Culture
Fashion has always been about more than fabric. Athleisure worked because it tapped into fitness culture, self-expression, and social identity. In the same way, football betting is thriving because it offers community. Fans share predictions, compare odds, and celebrate wins together.
In gyms, you see groups in coordinated sets. Online, you find fans comparing wagers across social feeds. The buzz is social currency. Both trends rely on creating a sense of belonging. People want to be part of the movement, whether it’s repping a sleek hoodie or calling the score before kickoff.
Digital First: Convenience as a Standard
One reason athleisure disrupted fashion is that it fits into daily life with zero effort. You can go from yoga to brunch without changing outfits. Football betting apps and websites follow the same principle. Everything is optimized for mobile, making it possible to place a bet while commuting or catching highlights at work.
Convenience is the modern luxury. People no longer want to separate routines into strict boxes. Athleisure blurred gym wear and streetwear. Betting platforms blur traditional viewing and interactive play. Both thrive because they respect how people actually live.
Style Meets Substance
It’s easy to assume athleisure is only about looks, but the fabrics and cuts are engineered for movement. Likewise, football betting platforms are more than flashing odds. They are built on systems designed for accuracy, security, and speed. This blend of style and substance ensures longevity.
When a hoodie feels good and looks sharp, people keep buying. When a betting platform delivers smooth experiences without hiccups, fans keep logging in. Style draws people in, but function keeps them coming back.
The Social Media Factor
Social platforms supercharged both athleisure and football betting. Influencers normalized yoga pants as everyday wear. In parallel, fans began sharing betting slips and predictions on Twitter, TikTok, and Instagram. Visibility drives adoption.
Both industries thrive on this cycle: people see, people try, people share. It creates a loop of participation that keeps momentum strong. Without social feeds, trends would spread slower. With them, they reach global scale almost overnight.
The Psychology of Everyday Rituals
Rituals play a role too. Athleisure became a ritual because people wear it not just to work out but to signal lifestyle choices. Online betting builds rituals around pre-game and halftime routines. Fans log in, check odds, and engage with matches in a way that feels personal.
These small moments add up. They become habits that shape culture. Just as people grab the same hoodie before heading out, fans grab their phones to see what’s happening in the betting world before kickoff.
Why the Parallels Matter
Looking at athleisure and football betting side by side shows how lifestyle trends are no longer about a single product. They are ecosystems. Athleisure is about clothing, workouts, and social identity. Football betting is about matches, community, and digital connection. Both tap into human needs: to belong, to express, and to feel part of something larger.
For fans and consumers, this parallel signals that betting platforms are not just entertainment tools. They’re becoming part of a broader lifestyle shift, just like athleisure did. Both thrive by meeting people where they are—on their phones, in their social circles, and in the middle of their daily routines.

Conclusion: The New Everyday Culture
Trends succeed when they go beyond novelty. Athleisure stayed because it’s comfortable, stylish, and practical. Football betting platforms are carving the same path by being engaging, accessible, and social. The global rise of both movements proves that when convenience and culture intersect, the result is powerful.
From New York gyms to stadiums in Spain, and from group workouts to live betting chats, the world is seeing how lifestyle and sport connect in new ways. Athleisure and football betting may seem like different worlds, but they share the same DNA: global adoption, social energy, and everyday ease.

FROM GYM TO GALA: STYLING ATHLEISURE FOR EVERY OCCASION
When Beyoncé first released her Ivy Park x Adidas collections in 2020, it was a zeitgeist moment that shouted, “wear athleisure but make it stylish.”
Everyday items like leggings and jackets instantly gained star status, no thanks to Miss Bey, and dominated red carpets and industry events. If anything, athleisure was the go-to outfit for stylistas - easily adaptable with minimum effort.
If industry trends are anything to go by, nothing much has changed. Athleisure still rules in the gym, on the street, and everywhere else.
From Side Hustle to Main Stage
Not too long ago, athleisure was the cool younger sibling of activewear. Today? It’s officially moved out of the gym and into every style lineup.
FBF Body says that athleisure has become a daily staple because it balances comfort with a polished look. And let’s be real, Gen Z isn’t sacrificing comfort for outdated rules about “real pants.”
Fashion insiders agree: the right jogger-and-jacket combo can appear as put-together as a power suit. Net-a-Porter even calls it “the ultimate style multitasker.” Basically, your yoga pants are ready to RSVP “yes” to the gala.
Casual Coffee Runs
For morning errands, leggings and an oversized hoodie equal instant cool. Opt for crisp sneakers, chunky gold hoops, and suddenly, you’re giving “effortless but intentional.”
Vogue suggests matching activewear with tailored staples. Think trench coats or structured bags for an off-duty model vibe.
Take your style inspiration from Beyoncé. Why? Because she eats every single time. No crumbs. No leftovers. Swap that hoodie for a cropped puffer, add sunnies the size of your confidence, and you’re practically serving “Renaissance World Tour off-day.”
When the Brief Says Glam
Time to do a Ciara and level up. Swap sneakers for strappy heels and a silk bomber jacket, and you’ve gone from “gym bag chic” to “date-ready goddess.”
Pairing leggings with luxe fabrics like satin or leather instantly elevates the outfit.
Picture this: a sleek black bodysuit, wide-leg satin joggers, and a crystal-studded blazer. Bring in heels, a clutch, and you’re red-carpet ready without sacrificing the comfort of elastic waistbands.
Net-a-Porter proposes leaning into monochrome, such as all-black or tonal neutrals, for evening events to keep the lewk cohesive and luxe.
The Wow Factor
Here’s where diamonds enter the chat. Nothing says “I have arrived” more than diamonds.
Marilyn Monroe had suitors eating from the palm of her hand, draped in rare gemstones. If diamonds are a girl’s best friend, then the total weight (TW) of a diamond is Mother.
What Does TW Mean? Leibish Explains
One of the most important diamond factors is its weight. Along with the 4Cs, significant characteristics of diamond quality include color, cut, clarity grade, and carat weight.
And, much like the total weight (TW) of a diamond determines its worth, the sum of your athleisure details makes the outfit sparkle.
A diamond’s brilliance comes from the combined weight of its stones. Your athleisure? Same principle. The little touches add up to gala-worthy shine.
Office Hours
Naturally, you can athleisure your way through the 9-to-5 hustle. Neutral-toned joggers and a fitted blazer translate to business chic without the stiff waistband.
Woman & Home says that the secret is balance: combine sporty staples with something structured. Gen Z already knows that a sweatsuit can double as a power move. Introduce slick sneakers and a bold lip.
Jessica Alba herself has been spotted making athleisure a style statement with clean lines and simple accessories. If it’s good enough for her, it’s good enough for your next board meeting.
Street Style and Social Scrolls
Athleisure thrives in its natural habitat: Instagram feeds and TikTok OOTDs.
Dress up cargo joggers, a crop top, and an oversized blazer. It’s a refreshed version of “I just threw this on.” Street style inspo from Woman & Home shows that adding a pop of color or standout sneakers turns errands into runway moments.
Yes, athluxury is a thing where your Lululemon leggings meet your Loewe tote. If it slaps on TikTok, it works IRL.
Athleisure is a Whole Mood
Athleisure has proven it can shape-shift through every scene. It’s the wardrobe equivalent of a Beyoncé album: there’s a track for every mood, every moment, every flex.
The secret sauce? Details. Whether it’s the fit of your joggers, the cut of your blazer, or the TW of your diamonds, the combination creates brilliance.
In other words, you don’t have to choose between gym-ready comfort and gala-worthy glam. Why compromise when you can have both?

HOW TO ACHIEVE YOUR MOST CONFIDENT SMILE YET
First impressions often start with a smile. In moments like job interviews, first dates, or casual conversations in passing, the way your smile looks can influence how others respond to you. It says something about how you care for yourself and the confidence you carry. Oral health plays a role in this, as it depends on consistent routines and timely support from a dental professional.
Feeling comfortable with your smile can also ease self-consciousness in social settings. When you’re not worried about hiding your teeth, it frees you to focus on conversations and connect more naturally in daily life.
Oral Hygiene Habits That Matter Every Day
Brushing twice a day with fluoride toothpaste helps defend against enamel wear and tooth decay, while flossing clears food particles that could lead to plaque buildup and gum disease.
Saliva production plays a role, too. It naturally helps cleanse your mouth and balance acidity. Staying hydrated, chewing sugar-free gum, and limiting sugary snacks can support this natural defense. Replacing a worn toothbrush, brushing along the gum line, and keeping track of minor changes in your mouth also contribute to healthier routines.
What to Do When Brushing Isn’t Enough
Brushing your teeth every day is great for keeping them clean, but it can't always stop stubborn stains. Drinks like coffee and red wine can darken your enamel over time, and that's when you need something more.
An advanced teeth whitening treatment is designed to tackle the kind of stains that over-the-counter products just can't handle. It's an effective way to restore a bright, clean look to your smile and get the kind of dramatic results you're really hoping for.
Professional settings often call for more than casual efforts. When your work involves frequent public speaking or networking, a brighter smile becomes a part of the presence you bring into a room.
The Deeper Impact of Dental Care
Cosmetic dentistry has expanded significantly in recent years. From clear aligners for misaligned teeth to dental veneers that reshape your smile, the tools available now can address far more than appearance.
Sometimes a small chip or gap in your front teeth can impact your confidence. A simple solution like dental bonding can fix these minor issues. Likewise, a noticeable gum line can be corrected, helping you achieve a more symmetrical and pleasing smile without the need for extensive procedures. For some, dental implants offer a permanent solution after tooth loss.
Clear aligners stand out as a popular choice because they are nearly invisible and can be removed during meals or special occasions. Treatment time can vary from a few months to over a year depending on your needs, which makes them flexible compared to traditional braces. Many people choose them not only for comfort but also for the confidence of making improvements without drawing attention during the process.
Options can be tailored based on goals, budget, and overall oral health. And when done correctly, they reinforce comfort and functionality.
Why Regular Dental Check-Ups Still Matter
You might think your at-home care is enough, but a dental check-up is the only way to catch early signs of issues like jaw pain or cavities that are forming beneath the surface. Regular appointments provide a professional cleaning and a comprehensive exam that ensures your mouth stays healthy from the inside out.
Dentists also offer guidance based on your unique needs. Some may benefit more from orthodontic treatments, while others might need adjustments in their home care. A customized approach is always more effective than guesswork.
A single dental visit every six months can save you from more complex procedures later. It's also a chance to track how your current efforts are working and make necessary changes.

Smiles in the Age of Social Media and Career Growth
There's a growing awareness of how personal image plays into online presence. A perfect smile is often featured in profile pictures, video calls, and even branding efforts.
In careers that require regular face-to-face interaction, even subtle improvements to dental health can lead to better confidence. It influences everything from speech clarity to ease in social settings.
Positive effects aren’t always visible at first glance. Over time, feeling good about your smile influences posture, voice, and the way you hold space in conversations. These shifts matter, especially in spaces where perception counts.
Conclusion: Confidence Starts With the Smile You Trust
Your smile plays a part in conversations, interactions, and the way you carry yourself. From small changes like adjusting oral hygiene habits to larger steps like cosmetic treatments, every improvement brings you closer to feeling at ease when you smile.
Sticking to practical routines and working with a trusted dental office can all contribute to real, lasting improvements. There’s no single formula for confidence, but a healthy, cared-for smile is a step that consistently makes a difference.

5 MISTAKES PEOPLE MAKE AFTER ORTHODONTIC TREATMENT, AND HOW TO AVOID THEM
After months or even years of wearing braces or clear aligners, getting that perfect smile is an achievement worth celebrating. However, the work doesn’t end once you remove the orthodontic devices. Maintaining your results is just as crucial as achieving them.
Unfortunately, many people unknowingly fall into a handful of common traps that can undo their hard-earned progress. Whether you’re new to post-braces care or need a refresher, here are five orthodontic aftercare mistakes people often make, and how to avoid each one.
1. Skipping or Inconsistently Wearing a Retainer
One of the most frequent orthodontic aftercare mistakes is underestimating the importance of wearing a retainer consistently. Teeth have a natural tendency to revert to their original positions once braces or aligners are removed. Without consistent retention, there’s a likelihood of relapse. This mistake can result in a significant reversal of your progress, potentially requiring additional orthodontic work.
How to Avoid It:
Orthodontists typically recommend wearing a retainer full-time for the first few months after treatment, gradually transitioning to nighttime-only wear. Make retainer wear part of your daily schedule, much like brushing your teeth. Keep your retainer in a ventilated case next to your toothbrush or bedside table as a visual reminder.
If you lose or break your retainer, don’t delay ordering a replacement. Gaps in retention can quickly lead to unwanted shifting. Cheeky offers an affordable and convenient solution by providing custom dental retainers made by licensed professionals without the need for in-office appointments.
2. Not Cleaning Your Retainer Properly
Retainers sit in your mouth for hours at a time, often overnight, making them susceptible to buildup from plaque, saliva, and bacteria. Failing to clean your retainer regularly and correctly can contribute to bad breath, oral infections, and gum inflammation.
How to Avoid It:
Develop a daily cleaning habit. Rinse your retainer using cold or lukewarm water immediately after removal. At least once a day, use a soft toothbrush and mild dish soap to gently scrub the surfaces. For a deeper clean, consider soaking your retainer in a non-alcoholic, non-abrasive cleaning solution once a week. Avoid using toothpaste, boiling water, or harsh chemicals, which can scratch or warp the material.
Proper hygiene will keep your retainer fresh and odor-free and prolong its lifespan, saving you from frequent replacements.
3. Assuming You’ll Always Feel When Teeth Are Shifting
Many people assume that if their teeth begin to shift, they will notice immediately. Unfortunately, dental movement is often gradual and painless, meaning that by the time it becomes visually noticeable, considerable relapse may have already occurred. This false sense of security leads people to become lax about wearing their retainers consistently.
How to Avoid It:
Don’t rely on visual cues or discomfort as indicators. Stick to a strict nighttime retainer routine, even if everything feels normal. Consider using a calendar or app to track your wear schedule and set reminders to stay on top of your routine. Regularly inspect your bite and alignment in the mirror and compare to older photos if you're unsure whether things have moved.
If your retainer starts feeling tight or doesn’t fit as well as it once did, that’s a red flag that your teeth may already be shifting. In such cases, act quickly to correct the issue with professional guidance or a replacement retainer.
4. Delaying Retainer Replacements
Retainers are not lifetime devices. Even with proper care, materials degrade over time due to the action of saliva enzymes, biting forces, and general wear and tear. Overused or stretched retainers may no longer hold teeth in place, thereby increasing the risk of relapse despite nightly wear.
How to Avoid It:
Be proactive in monitoring the fit and condition of your retainer. If you notice any cracks, looseness, or warping, it’s time for a replacement. As a general rule, most retainers should be replaced every 6 to 12 months, depending on usage and the type of material used. If you grind your teeth or clench your jaw at night, replacements may be needed even more frequently.
Ordering from companies like Cheeky allows you to easily replace retainers without needing to book and attend an in-office appointment. Their retainers are custom-made using professional dental materials, offering both comfort and precision.
5. Failing to Communicate With a Dental Professional
Once active treatment ends, many patients stop scheduling regular check-ins with their orthodontist or general dentist. This can be a critical mistake. Without periodic evaluations, issues such as minor misalignments, bite changes, or even gum disease can go unnoticed and lead to more severe complications.
How to Avoid It:
Schedule at least one post-treatment follow-up with your orthodontist, typically within six months after braces are removed. After that, maintain regular dental exams every six months. These visits enable professionals to assess for signs of teeth shifting after wearing braces, using a retainer, and any changes in oral health. They can also provide retainer tips specific to your dental anatomy and habits.
Dental professionals can spot early signs of orthodontic relapse and help you adjust your care routine before it becomes a bigger issue.
