A 5-STEP HEALTH OPTIMIZATION STRATEGY

Have you ever wanted to take total control of your health and make some needed improvements to set your mind at ease? If so, you're not alone. Every day, many adults discover the need to deal with their wellness in order to live longer, fuller, more rewarding lives. The good news is that there are several simple things you can do to achieve this goal.

In addition to starting off with a detailed checklist, make sure you have enough capital to cover all the expenses related to the program. It's not always possible, for example, to rely on health insurance to cover elective procedures and other improvements that are technically considered unnecessary, like cosmetic surgery or liposuction. Here are some details about how to make the checklist, decide what to have done, finance it all, and review the results.

Make a List of Improvement Areas

Begin by making a detailed list of the things you feel are important for your health. Include items that are elective as well as those that are medically necessary, like new glasses or contact lenses, hearing aids, liposuction, cosmetic surgery, weight loss counseling, smoking cessation help, any type of surgery, and more. Try to include everything you can think of, and later on you can pare the list down as the situation demands.

Sell Your Life Insurance to Cover Expenses

Remember that some of the items on your wish list won't qualify for health insurance coverage. That's where a life settlement can help. The process involves selling a term insurance policy for cash. Not only will you never have to make premium payments again, but you'll get your cash in just a few days. Get started by reading an online guidebook that explains all the details. Actually, the entire process is simple and can be done entirely online. Then, you can use the proceeds for whatever you want because there are no restrictions.

Use Health Insurance Coverage When Possible

It's important to go through your wish list and separate the items based on which ones are reimbursable by health insurance and which are not. That's the best way to get a clear idea of how much money you'll need to spend to get everything done. When in doubt, call your health insurance carrier and get specific information about whether they'll cover a particular item. If they say they will cover it, remember to get that promise in writing before you spend your own money up front.

Work on One Item at a Time

Don't overwhelm your brain by trying to do everything at once, this will not support creating success in life overall. People who have used this plan before know that one of the secrets to making it work is to do one thing at a time. There's no rush. The key point is to methodically move down the menu, checking off each numbered item.

Evaluate the Results and Make a Long-Term Plan

When you're done, give yourself a pat on the back and immediately make a long-term version of the same list, this time including ways you'd like to maintain your healthfulness for decades to come. Consider annual physical exams, cancer screenings, and age-appropriate exercise.
