Consequently, the uptake of telehealth has penetrated the fitness world, causing a shift in how fitness instructors and their clients interact. It combines professional fitness services and smart devices using internet connectivity to transmit workouts. This proves beneficial for both parties involved by saving time and money.

Typically, you rely on the physical presence of your fitness instructor to design a gym workout program and monitor your progress when you attend the prescribed fitness session. It takes a lot of planning for you and your instructor to determine your training requirements and how best to achieve your fitness goals.
