FORME Life is an at-home fitness mirror that features an elegant, full-length mirror that transforms into a complete body and mind fitness studio, featuring high-tech strength training equipment that disappears when not in use. When turned on, the display features a huge variety of on-demand classes as well as one-on-one personal training sessions to suit individual needs with a user-friendly touch-screen experience. When turned off, FORME Life is a sleek mirror that blends effortlessly into the rest of the home. Classes include strength training, barre, boxing, meditation, cardio, core, pilates, dance, and more.
FORME Life offers two models - Studio and Studio Lift. Both models boast an elegant full-length mirror that displays strength training and wellness classes when in use. The Studio Lift model also features stowable resistance training arms that use AI to adjust to the correct level of resistance for strength training exercises.
The Studio includes: A yoga mat, heart rate monitor, microfiber towel, screen camera covers, and mounting hardware.
The Studio Lift includes: 2 FORME handles, 1 rope grip, 1 short bar, 2 ankle straps, yoga mat, heart rate monitor, microfiber towel, storage cabinet, and screen camera covers.
Additional accessories available for purchase by bundle include, a removable and stowable wood bar for barre classes, an adjustable leather bench, a wellness mat, free weights, ankle weights, resistance bands, grip socks, and an exercise ball.
FORME Life features original training sessions in strength training, barre, boxing, cardio, core, pilates, dance, and more. Classes will be updated weekly to provide fresh and exciting options for everyone in the house. FORME Life also features classes aimed at mental wellness such as, meditation, sound baths and recovery. FORME Life believes in helping people live healthier and happier lives.
FORME Life’s Studio and Studio Lift are aided by computer vision and AI to adjust the correct level of resistance for strength training exercises while tracking users performance and fitness goals. Both models boast 43-inch 4K UHD display and two 12-megapixel cameras. Studios are activated by voice control and feature a touch screen to complement the dynamic training content.
Studio memberships are $2,495 or $69/month for 36 months + $39/month for unlimited multi-user membership for personalized workouts. Studio Lift memberships $4,495 or $125/month for 36 months + $39/month for unlimited multi-user membership for personalized workouts.
