SS23 | LOUIS VUITtON MENS

If you have yet to check out Louis Vuitton Men’s SS23 show, it’s worth watching as not only does it show a number of looks from the house but it is also another tribute to Virgil Abloh. The show kicks off with HBCU FAMU’s Marching 100 who walks and performs (Enlightment, If You Are Not a Myth, Mighty Rattlers, Rattler to the Bone, Get Up, S.O.S.) from a rooftop to a “yellow brick road” which brings an array of models highlighting the looks for next season.

This collection and show focuses on the belief that imagination can heal, regenerate and uplift us all. The show takes place at the Cour Carrée of the Louvre. Kendrick Lamar performed Savior, Rich Spirit, Count Me Out, N95 seated next to Naomi Campbell s the looks hit the runway.

The balance between Louis Vuitton and culture in its impact on design has been one that has always existed with this fashion house.

SS22 | VERSACE

Milan Fashion Week continues and Versace’s show was filled with cool kids style in strong black hues as well as neon colors! Dua Lipa opened and closed this show while some of our faves including Naomi Campbell and Gigi Hadid hit the runway. We even love the vibe of the show that had the iconic silk scarves of the house of Versace that the models walked under. See our favorite looks from the show above.

MFW SS18 | VERSACE

Donatella Versace brought back the original superstars to honor the death of her brother, Gianni Versace in an iconic statement ending her runway show at Versace's MFW SS18. In addition, there was a nod to classics of the house with a number of the moment models including Gigi Hadid, Bella Hadid and Kendall Jenner strutting down the runway. But when Cindy Crawford (whose daughter Kaia walked the show as well), Naomi Campbell (who was in the center), Carla Bruni, Helena Christensen and Claudia Schiffer emerged from the curtain, it caused a sense of excitement throughout the show. 

There is much speculation if this show is more than just reminiscing to the House of Versace and what Donatella's brother built or if this may be her last year - either way, the show was impactful to those who are fans of fashion and the passions that it showcases.

GAP LAUNCHES LIMITED-EDITION ‘90’s ARCHIVE RE-ISSUE COLLECTION
