In this month’s issue, our front and back cover story is with the legendary, culinary trio of Bravo Top Chef's Chef Tom Colicchio, Chef Kristen Kish, and Gail Simmons. We talk with them about S21 which premiered on Mar 20th, we find out about how they came to the show, what we need to know about the upcoming season, how they approach their roles on the show, and more. 

This month, we caught up Chase Stokes of Netflix's Outer Banks. He talks about the upcoming season, being a dog dad, and upcoming projects that he is working on.

We also caught up with 90s heartthrob, Joey Lawrence to find out about various projects he's part of, his podcast Brotherly Love that he does with his siblings, and the importance of oral care.

We had a great time sitting down with Access Hollywood and Access Daily with Mario and Kit host, Kit Hoover! We have been a fan of hers since we saw her on the first season of Road Rules.! From there, she took on hosting in entertainment and sports broadcasting such as ESPN and of course, she has been at NBC for the past 14 years! We talked about her career, how she approaches interviews, and her podcast that launches Apr 5th, The Coop. 

We also chatted with Brandon Soo Hoo of Paramount+ The Tiger's Apprentice and Netflix's Mech Cadets to find out about how he got into the industry, how he approaches his roles, the importance of Martial Arts in his life, projects he's excited about, and more.

We kicked off Awards Season by chatting with Charles Joly globally acclaimed mixologist who created craft cocktails at the Emmy's as Johnnie Walker Blue Label was the official sponsor. We end Awards Season by chatting with him about pouring for the Governors Ball, the after party of the Oscars. He talks about how Don Julio has an array of cocktails that we can enjoy whether we were there or want to celebrate the red carpet moments of our lives.

We always enjoy sharing our favorite Olympians with you! In this month's issue, we have 3X Olympic Medalist Team USA Gymnastics' Suni Lee! We talk about how she fell in love with this sport, how she trains, being at Tokyo 2020, and what the qualifications process is like as she works towards being on the team for Paris 2024.

When American Rust debuted in 2021, we thoroughly enjoyed this show which looks at a small industrial town that has to navigate their reality when they see that there has been a shift in the American Dream. In S2, they continue to grapple these issues while navigating dynamics where they all see justice for what they feel that they deserve. We had the pleasure to chat with Executive Producers of the show as well as various castmembers who are back for American Rust: Broken Justice.

This month's The Art of the Snack comes from Mishik which is located here in NY's Hudson Square. We wanted to know more about this elegant restaurant, what we should expect when we come in to dine with family and friends, and more.

We know that when you hit the Spring and continue into warmer seasons, we do all kinds of traveling, and staycations are a great way to be in a different area while still getting to know your city and neighborhood in a richer way! In Spring Staycation, we focused on SoHo and stayed At NoMo SoHo which put us in the heart of fashion, art, great eateries, and more. In our interview, you can learn more about this hotel, what it offers guests, those who are traveling, enjoying staycations, or live in the neighborhood. We also know that in a staycation, just because you're in one neighborhood, it doesn't mean that you can't hop to another. We included the UES' Chola which has been in NYC for 26 years! We share more information on the restaurant, it's dedication to Indian Cuisine, and more.

Next month, The Joy of Sake will be back on Apr 11th where guests can enjoy sampling an array of sake as well as participating restaurants. We spoke with the founder of The Joy of Sake's, Chris Pearce who talks with us about why he created this event that takes place here in NY as well as Honolulu. He also shares what we need to know about attending this event. 

We first got introduced to Brooke Burke on E! Wild On. We got to learn a lot about her and enjoyed traveling alongside her through locales all over the world. Since then, she has continued to host a number of shows, and she has acted in various programs, created a fitness/wellness platform, been a brand ambassador for amazing brands, and is an author. We talked about her career, her ability to take her passions and to build the life that she enjoys living. We also talked about upcoming retreats that you will want to know more about!

This month's Athleisure List comes from Nobu Barbuda, an exclusive Beach Club where can guests can lounge and take in experiences from this well known restaurant destination. We also have Music For A While which is located in the Selina Hotel in Chelsea. This lounge is definitely for those that enjoy their music and a vibrant environment.

In this month’s issue, our front and back cover story is with legendary EDM international DJ/Producer, Martin Garrix! We talk about how he came to music, his creative process, those he has collaborated with, being on tour as well as his current tour in South America, recent drops and upcoming ones!

This month, we caught up with STARZ's BMF which drops its second season on Mar 1st. We talked with Executive Producer, Showrunner, and Writer Heather Zuhlke as well as castmates Kelly Hu and Morgan Alexandria. We talk about how they approached the series, what fans can look forward to, and more.

We had the pleasure of interviewing and enjoying an intimate dinner party with Chef Alton Brown, food scientist, TV host, and author. We talked about his passion for the culinary industry, the importance of brain health, and his partnership with Neuriva.

We also talked with legendary magicians and entertainers, Penn & Teller about performing, their CW show Fool Us, and their partnership with Mucinex.

This month, we had the pleasure of attending a number of NYFW FW24 shows that included NYMD, Prabal Garung, Bishme Cromartie, and Laurence Basse. We give you the inside scoop on what we saw during these shows as well as interviews with Celebrity Nail Artist Gina Edwards for Prabal Garung's show as we talked with her backstage moments before the show started. We also have an indepth interview with fashion designer, Laurence Basse who talks about her line, being a finalist on both Project Runway/Project Runway All-Stars, her recent NYFW FW24, and what's next!

This month's The Art of the Snack comes from Sabai Thai which is located here in NY in Midtown East. We find out more about the vibe of this restaurant from phenomenal cocktails, flavorful dishes, and the ambiance of the space which is great to enjoy with friends and family!

In this month’s issue, our front and back cover story is with actor and writer, Maria Sten! We talk about about how being a model, dancer, Miss Denmark 2008 winner and competing for her country for Miss Universe were part of her journey to writing for ABC's Big Sky, voice work in QCODE's Narcissa, and starring as Frances Neagley on Prime Video's Reacher which is streaming it's second season now on the platform and is currently in production for its 3rd season. We talk about how she maintains her creativity, what stories speak to her and more. We had a great time hanging out with Maria on set where we shot her photoshoot at il Pellicano and Bijoux Lounge. We have a great interview about both of these locations so that you can plan your next night out when you're heading to NoLita.

This month, we caught up with STARZ's Hightown which is in its final season. We talked with Creater, Executive Producer, Showrunner, and Writer Rebecca Cutter as well as castmates Dohn Norwood and Atkins Estimond. We talk about how they approached the series, what they hope fans walk away with, and upcoming projects.

We also talked with Beto Montenegro, lead singer of RAWAYANA to talk about the group, how they stay inspired, their tour, and more. 

We've been in the flow of Awards Season since the beginning of the year and took some time to talk with Charles Joly, DIAGEO Reserve World Class Award Winning Mixologist who poured Johnnie Walker Blue Label as the Official Spirits Partner of the 75th Emmy Awards. He talked about how he got into the industry, how he approaches his craft, and how he prepared for this mega red carpet moment.

We also talked with Isabelle Carramaschi, SVP Kiehl's and Andrew Way Marketing VP of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort to talk about both of these brands, their heritage, why they are partnering with one another and more.

With that in mine, we talked with Jerry Taylor of Taylor Custom Rings to find out how he got into the jewelry industry, his passion for diamonds, learning the business, and why he focuses on lab created diamonds. This month, we enjoyed chatting with Andrea Salazar, Creative Dir. of SETA a brand that empowers women through an edgy assortment that reflects her lifestyle whether she leans towards dressing boho, ethereal, minimalist, etc. She talks about her fashion background, where she trained, and shares looks with us that we can wear however we plan on celebrating NYE. We also talk about her being a finalist on S2 Prime Video's Making the Cut and what that experience was like with Heidi Klum and Tim Gunn. In this month’s issue, our front and back cover story is with pioneering custom footwear designer Dominic Ciambrone, aka The Surgeon. He is known for creating coveted exotic sneakers whether collaborating with his celebrity clients or in partnership with brands including Bentley Motors, Nike, Lanvin, Gucci, and more. We talk about how he got into this industry, being self-taught, working on projects, SRGN Academy, SRGN Studios, The League and more.

This month, we have our fashion editorial ‘Tis the Season that we did in collaboration with The Algonquin Times Square Hotel, Autograph Collection. In addition to this model shoot, we also have an interview with the hotel's General Manager, Willis Loughhead who talks about the literary and Hollywood history of this hotel which was frequented by John Barrymore, Dorothy Parker, Tallulah Bankhead, indepth coverage into the hotel for guests, and more.

We also have interviews with the cast from STARZ POWER BOOK III: Raising Kanan. MeKai Curtis, Joey BadA$$, and London Brown talk about the 3rd season which premieres on Dec 1st. We talk about what we can expect this season, how they prepare to play their bigger than life characters, and more. Another one of our favorite shows kicked off its 2nd season, Max's Rap Sh!t which focuses on a rap duo navigating the South Florida music scene and beyond. We sat down with Daniel Augustin who plays Maurice to talk about the season, the importance of Haitian representation, as well as his personal music and production projects that he is working on.

We also took a moment with the founder of Lagree Fitness, Sebastien Lagree to talk about his method, equipment that he is created and what he has coming up in the next few months with his popular brand.

We also caught up with Celebrity Event Planner/Designer, Jung Lee. We have been a fan of her work that has included celebrity functions, weddings, corporate events, the 76th TONY Awards Red Carpet, the Biden Administration's first White House State Dinner with France in 2022 as well as their Republic of Korea State Dinner earlier this year. She has been featured in Vogue and Bride's as well as a number of TV segments. We talk about how she got into this industry, how she grew her event planning business FÊTE, why she created her curated store Jung Lee New York and how we can make holiday planning at home easier for friends and family that come over.

We also enjoyed talking with songwriter/producer, Toby Gad who is known for writing such hits as Fergie's Big Girl's Don't Cry, Beyoncé's If I Were a Boy, and so much more! We talked about how his family influenced him to be in the music industry, how he navigated it, his creative process, collaborating with artists, and his lates project Piano Diaries that reimagines his biggest hits stripped down and with modern artists.

This month, we also celebrated the 40th Anniversary of Casio's G-Shock where we looked back at the innovations that they have made in the industry as well as collaborations and special projects that they have been part of. They will be auctioning off Project #2, an 18K gold watch that is a 1 of 1 at Phillips Auction House next month. During the press conference, the Prince of Reggaeton, J Balvin shared his thoughts on the brand, and how it was part of his upbringing in Columbia. Later on that night, he treated us to a private concert.

This month, we have a number of culinary stories that we're so excited to share with you. We covered Food Network's New York City Wine and Food Festival presented by Capital One. We give you an inside look on the events we attended as well as including interviews we have with Chef Brooke Williamson (Chef/Owner - Playa Provisions), Chef Antonia Lofaso (Chef/Owner - DAMA Fashion District, Scopa Italian Roots), Chef Andrew Zimmern, Chef Robert Irvine, Chef Philippe Chow (Chef/Owner - Philippe by Philippe Chow), Chef Franklin Becker (Chef/Owner - The Press Club Grill), Chef Alain Allegretti (Partner Culinary Director - Fig & Olive), Chef Alez Guzman (Chef/Owner - Archer & Goat). We also cover the Concorde Hotel as they were a great partner in this story as we enjoyed a staycation there while covering this food festival.

Our food coverage continues with Hortus NYC in addition to this month's The Art of the Snack which brings the Hamptons to the city, Sagaponack. In this month’s issue, our front and back cover story is with DJ/Producer, songwriter and poet, Mia Moretti! We have been a fan of her work whether we're seeing her clubs in NY, spinning at Fashion Week and special events or enjoying her music like SWEET JUJU. We find out more about her journey to being a DJ, her creative process, upcoming projects and more. We also interviewed EDM DJ/Producer Timmy Trumpet who recently performed at EZoo, Lollapalooza, and Tomorrowland. His ability to blend his artistry as a classically trained musician with DJing creates a unique experience to his sets. We talk about how he came to merging these musical forms, those he collaborated with, and more. We also talk with house DJ, HoneyLuv who has had a busy schedule performing at a number of festivals and stages. We found out where she gets her inspiration from and why this genre is so important to her.

If you've been enjoying the latest season of Bravo's Real Housewives of NY as much as we have, you know that model and founder of Ubah Hot, Ubah Hassan is one of our faves. We talk with her about being on the show, what led her to create her hot sauce brand, her collaboration with one of our favorite restaurants, Serafina and a pizza update! Dancing with the Stars launched their latest season where DWTS pro and celebrities hit the stage to take the Mirror Ball. We caught up with pro, Britt Stewart to talk about her passion for dancing, shows and projects that she was in, and her road to this show. In addition, via her partnership with BAND-AID and OURTONES products, she is working to bring diversity to dance with access as well as tools that allow their performances to be seamless.

Next month, Food Network's New York City Wine Food Festival takes place Oct 12-15th. We share some upcoming events that are taking place as well as including moments from last year's festival. In this month’s issue, our front and back cover story is with EDM DJ/Producer and hitmaker, Joel Corry! With his latest single, Drinkin' that dropped last Fri for his upcoming album, Another Friday Night with MK and Rita Ora. We caught up with him in Ibiza to talk about he got into the music industry, his creative process, his latest single, upcoming album, his schedule, passion for fitness, and more.

We also caught up with Creator/Executive Producer and storyteller, Monica Medellin whose docuseries Surf Girls Hawai'i, which can be streamed in it's entirety on Prime Video. We talked about her career, a number of her projects, her passion for sports, and why she wanted to share the story of native Hwaiian women who are competing to be on the World Tour. We also chatted with Team USA Olympic Swimming Medalist Elizabeth Beisel. She talked about her love for swimming, being an Olympic athlete, the importance of swimming as a skill that we should all know to be safer in the water, giving back through USA Swimming Foundation, Block Cancer and the Newport Folk Festival!

We took some time to talk with Chef Jacqueline Blanchard who has worked in Michelin starred kitchens and took her knowledge and passion back to New Orleans with Sukeban and Coutelier NOLA, her cutlery and culinary tools/accessories store. We talked about kitchens that she trained in, why she launched her store which includes craftsmanship from Japan with an array of knives, why she is passionate about Japanese cuisine and how it parallels with Southern Louisian food, and more.

Prior to the SAG-AFTRA strike, we took some time to talk to Netflix The Upshaws' Jermelle Simon. We talked about his career which includes the stage as well as this series which is back for another season, his creative process, auditioning with Denzel Washington, and upcoming projects and manifestations.

Labor Day Weekend here in NY means that it's time for Electric Zoo. We give a bit of a preview of what to expect this season and in the SEP ISSUE #93, we will have interviews from artists that participated!

In this month’s issue, our front and back cover story is with Bravo's Top Chef Season 6 Winner, Titan Chef on Food Network's Bobby's Triple Threat, countless appearances as a judge on Beat Bobby Flay, Guy's Grocery Games, and trailblazing Chef/Restaurateur, Michael Voltaggio. We have been a fan of his since he appeared on Top Chef and we love seeing his passion for food, guest experience and hospitality as well as he continues to increase his brand and portfolio by working his brother, Chef Bryan Voltaggio as well as their partnerships with Live Nation and MGM Resorts. We wanted to know what he was working on now, the upcoming 2nd season of Bobby's Triple Threat and how he navigated the industry. We also caught up with Chef/Founder Philippe Massoud of ilili here in NY as well as its DC location.We have attended this Lebanese restaurant since 2008 and we have a number of dishes that we enjoy there. We wanted to know more about how he brought the cuisine of his home in Lebanon to NY and elevated it! He gave us his culinary story that is filled with passion, memories, and the need to continue storytelling with each guest that comes to his restaurant. He also talks about how he got into the industry as well as an the importance of connection through his food. We sat down with decorated Team USA Swimming Olympic Medalist, Nathan Adrian. We enjoyed watching him as he participated in the Summer Games of Beijing, London, and Rio. He talked about being a freestyle swimmer, having teammates that included: Michael Phelps, Ryan Lochte, Matt Grever, Cal Dressel and more! He also told us what he has been up to since then as well as the importance of safe sun! When it comes to haircare, Chaz Dean, Hairstylist, Colorist, and Founder/Creator of WEN which is a hair system that revolutionized the industry by removing lather from your hair routine. He talked about how he became a hairstylist, how creating products became part of his role, the fundamentals of Chaz Dean Studio, and his line, WEN. In our conversation with its director, Laura McGann, she talked about creating this documentary that focuses on a world champion free diver and her safety diver. In this story we learn about the sport, the incredible kind of training that takes place when competing and participating in this sport, the beautiful locales around the world, and the relationship of these roles and this duo specifically. We also took some time to talk with New York Yankees shortstop and second baseman, 2X All-Star player Gleyber Torres! We talk about how he took his passion for the game in Venezuela to join one of the most iconic MLB teams in the country. In addition, we talk about how he stays in shape, his passion for his family, and his collaboration with Kings Bred.

We caught up with Chef/Partner Charlie Mitchell of Clover Hill in Brooklyn. Recently, he received a Michelin 2022 NYC Young Chef Award - he is the first Black chef in NYC to receive Michelin recognition and only the second in the US! He was also a James Beard finalist this year as well. We talked about how he got into the industry, his passion for cooking, his approach to food and he gives us an inside scoop into the mind of a chef!

This month, our editorial was shot at Kimpton Eventi Hotel here in NYC. This month, we caught up with Jason Tartick who is engaged to Kaitlyn Bristowe to find out about his partnership with Wyndham Rewards and their Cubicle Caddie for those that want to stay connected and optimize their time on the golf course! He talks about this as well as his thoughts on Charity, hitting the course with Kaitlyn, and his upcoming projects with his podcast and book.

We chatted with Samuel Arnold who plays Julien in Netflix's Emily in Paris. We talk about how he connects with his roles, we ask him about the upcoming season and also being an ambassador for Jovē water and why hydration is so important to him.

We've been fans of Sepideh Moafi for years as she has been in a number of our favorite shows. This month, we find out about how she approaches her roles, her latest limited series, FX's Class of 09 with all episodes streaming now, and we talk about her upcoming projects.

In this month’s issue, our front and back cover story is with EDM DJ/Producer, singer/songwriter, and composer, John Newman. We talk with him after the release of his latest single, Hold On To My Love which he released at Tomorrowland Winter as a Tomorrowland artist. We talk about how he got into the industry, how he stays creative and his upcoming Tomorrowland Brazil performance later on this year! From a DJ/Producer, we go to Jesse McFaddin of RIZE and The Bonez. Jesse is a singer/songwriter, composer, guitarist, rapper, philanthropist, and fashion designer in Japan. We talk with him about his passion for music, his creative process, and upcoming projects that he is involved in. We love gaining various perspectives through food and this month, we sit down with Chef Yia Vang who shares his love of Hmong food, is a chef/owner of Union Hmong Kitchen and Vinai, is a TV Personality and host of Feral and is a multi-nominated James Beard Award winner. We talk about his success and trailblazing is an homage to his parents legacy, creating a safe space for his team to be able to add themselves into the landscape and the importance of identity. We love a good comfort meal and one that we can order ahead so that we can always have it is even better! We talk with the founders of MiLa who are known for their soup dumplings that ship nationwide. We talk about how this brick-and-mortar business included shipping their dumplings across the nation during the pandemic, their growing assortment and bringing Marvel's and upcoming Barbie star, Simu Liu onto their team as their Chief Creative Officer.

We also catch up with Case Walker who starts in HBO's The Other Two. We talk about the parallels between himself and his character as well as how he takes time for himself when he is bouldering and rock climbing. We always enjoy catching up with those in Bachelor Nation and this month we talk with season 21's Danielle Lombard. We talk about sustainability and the role it plays in her life as well as her partnership with Astral Tequila. She also talks with us about what her experience was as a contestant on the show, the group chats and who are her girls in Bachelor Nation.

In this month’s issue, our front and back cover story is with 4X James Beard Award Winner, Restaurateur, Hotelier, Entrepreneur, Best-Selling Author, TV Host/Personality, Food Advocate, and Philanthropist Chef Todd English. We talked about how he got into the industry, his passion for food and upcoming projects that we should keep an eye out for. We also chatted with Chef Kristen Kish to talk about her latest show which is available on National Geographic and streams on Disney+ Restaurants at the End of the World. In our interview last fall, we heard a bit about this show, but now we're able to find out how this project came together, where she traveled to, who she cooked with and what she learned from this experience. With the final season of NBC's The Blacklist currently airing, we caught up with Hisham Tawfiq to talk about how a career in the Marines, being a Firefighter for the FDNY as well as a Correctional Officer in Sing Sing led to him being one of our favorite actors on this show. We also talked with Tetiana Gaidar a choreographer, dancer and tactical trainer who recently appeared as the antagonist in BOSCH: Legacy as well as a trainer for Keanu Reeves in John Wick 4. She tells us how she got into the industry, how she navigates between her skillsets and her upcoming projects.

We also have our editorial Weekend Muse which highlights looks from WFH, fitness, active and date night that we'll be wearing this spring. We enjoyed having Leah Van Dale as our cover for our SEP ISSUE #45 in 2019 where we hung out with her during her cover shoot. This WWE star who wrestles under the name Carmella has won a number of accolades was on E! Total Divas and brings energy to the stage. We catch up with her to find out what she is up to as she is back to as she is back in the ring, how she prepares and comes down after her matches, upcoming tournaments, married Matt Polinsky/WWE’s Corey Graves, hearing how she navigates entrepreneurial opportunities as well as the importance of self-care in her life. We caught up with Restaurateur/Chef Tom Colicchio to find out we could focus on the Big Game in terms of creating dishes that we can all enjoy while also being sustainable with the use of Do Good Chicken. He also talked about when he realized he wanted to be a chef and of course he gave us the inside scoop on BRAVO’s Top Chef: World All-Stars which drops Mar 9th.

We are always excited to know more about our favorite DJs from how they started, their process and of course what we need to listen to next. We took a moment with DJ/Producer Martin Jensen to find out more about him and what we can look forward to. Elaine Welteroth is a trailblazer as the former Editor-in-Chief of Teen Vogue, Journalist, NY Times Bestselling Author, and Co-Host/Judge of BRAVO’s Project Runway, we talk about how she recently moderated an engaging panel for CIROC Stands For Black Excellence which was held at NFL House during the Super Bowl in Arizona. We talked about her takeaways from this event, how we continue to support Black journalists, the importance of NABJ and what she is working on. Whitney Cummings makes us laugh whether she is in front of the screen or behind it. She shared how her partnership with Baileys and comedy is a full circle moment, how she is celebrating St. Patrick’s Day and her upcoming shows that we should keep an eye out. When you think about nutrition that we eat for energy, fitness and to get the essentials that we need, an energy bar is our go-to. In this month’s issue, we met the OG who created this category. Jennifer Maxwell and her late husband Brian created POWERBAR in 1985 and even after selling it in 2000, her passion for staying in this category and innovating it led to her creating her latest venture, JAMBAR. We caught up with him after a busy summer of residencies and festivals to talk about his passion for music, his process when he creates his music, his #1 Billboard US charted song DEEP DOWN, the importance of collaborations and his focus to give back to Indigenous communities. We also talk with Chef Justin Sutherland about his culinary career from Fast Foodies and Taste the Culture to his restaurants, Handsome Hog and The Big E as well as showcasing the Twin Cities Culinary Scene. We also talk about his cookbook Northern Soul: Southern-Inspired Home Cooking from a Northern Kitchen which is out now. You can also hear this discussion on our podcast, Athleisure Kitchen. We also talk with Brian Baumgartner who we know as Kevin Malone in The Office. We talk about this role and how chili became an iconic moment that has now manifested into his cookbook Seriously Good Chili Cookbook: 177 of the Best Recipes in the World.
