S3. E3. | ATHLEISURE KITCHEN WITH RESTAURATEUR, HOST OF NAT GEO'S RESTAURANTS AT THE END OF THE WORLD, CHEF KRISTEN KISH

On today's episode of Athleisure Kitchen, over the past few months, we have caught up with Chef Kristen Kish to talk about TRU TV's Fast Foodies as well as her partnership with Jongga Kimchi. We love how she enjoys exploring food and the stories that it tells for those that also have taken care to share their experiences through it.

This month, she hosts National Geographic's Restaurants At the End of the World that takes her to exotic locales and showcases how people bring their visions to life, creating meals that pull from items that are local to their area and learning about how she can apply these lessons to her personal life; how she navigates her kitchen; and how she approaches food.

We talk about the 4 episodes that will drop each week on Nat Geo as well as streaming on Disney+. She tells us about how the show came together, the process of selecting those that are featured and her feedback on dishes that were created during the episodes.

S3. E1. | ATHLEISURE KITCHEN WITH RESTAURATEUR, EXECUTIVE PRODUCER, HOST + FOOD ACTIVIST CHEF TOM COLICCHIO

On today's episode of Athleisure Kitchen, we kick off our 3rd season with Restaurateur/Executive Producer + Host of BRAVO's Top Chef and Food Activist, Chef Tom Colicchio! We've enjoyed eating at his restaurants in NY as well as hearing his wisdom on Top Chef. Our favorite episodes are when he creates a dish to share with the chefs and we see what drives him to bring your senses together on a plate. Right before the Big Game, we took some time to talk about how you can prepare your dishes ahead of an event you're hosting at home, how we can include sustainable options such as Do Good Chicken which he partnered with in our menu and getting the scoop on Season 20 of Top Chef: World All-Stars that premiers on Mar 9th! You can also see him in the FEB ISSUE #86 of Athleisure Mag.

S1. E8. | BUNGALOW SK WITH MIA KANG

BUNGALOW SK MK.jpg

We've been fans of Mia Kang for awhile from being in Sports Illustrated to her platform of body positivity. In addition, if you have yet to catch her hosting on BRAVO's Spy Games, we suggest that you catch it On Demand. On today's episode of Bungalow SK, we had the opportunity to literally spar with her a few months ago at the Church Street Boxing Gym in Soho. We talked about the modeling industry, the importance of body awareness in terms of sample sizes, plus sizes and straight sizes, being a Muay Thai fighter and her beauty musts after we trained with her at the gym.
